Notebooks and pens
In this workshop, I aim to lead the participants who have been through a traumatic experience (such as war, death, abuse) to connect with their inner self, and express, in writing, their true feelings, such as fear, anger, jealousy, anxiety, etc.
Participants will be exposed to a variety of techniques that will help them to reflect and go deeper in their emotions. They will undergo a multitude of writing exercises, and each of them will have the chance to develop a main idea for a writing project. I will focus on giving individual feedback on their practices.
Follow up sessions are recommended so participants will have the chance to get their stories to be reviewed and edited, and eventually published.
